Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No, you can book directly with us.
How long are follow-up visits?
Ongoing visits are usually 15–20 minutes, depending on what your system needs on the day. We do offer extended consultations for clients who require a longer consultation.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes. If you have extras cover that includes chiropractic, you may be able to claim. We provide receipts with all the details you’ll need to claim directly with your health fund.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice so we can offer your time to someone else who may need care. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Are my adjustments private or can I come with others?
All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to you. We do offer small group sessions (2–3 people), which are a great option for friends, partners, or family members/siblings who’d like to attend together, while still receiving personalised care.
Please note: group sessions are available for return visits only, initial consultations must be completed individually.
